How It Works

within our scheduling availability.

Unlimited Visit Guidelines (Recommended)

To keep the experience amazing for every member, we suggest the following:

  • One standard session per day per member, subject to schedule availability.

  • Session length: typically 15–60 minutes depending on service type.

  • Fair use: unlimited is intended for regular personal wellness—not for medical rehabilitation or replacement of professional medical care.

  • No‑show/late‑cancel: standard studio policies apply.

Important Notice

Please note: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • If you need to cancel, kindly call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • If you anticipate being late, please call us at least 1 hour before your appointment so we can reschedule you for a different time or day.

  • Annually. Your card is charged $775.00 once per year upon enrollment and on each renewal date.

  • Ask us about pause/suspension options for travel or medical needs (studio approval required).

  • No referral required. If you’re under physician care, please consult your provider prior to bodywork.

  • Gratuities are appreciated but never required.

  • Bodywork and auriculotherapy support general well‑being and are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Certain conditions may require clearance prior to lymphatic or auriculotherapy services. Please share relevant health information before your session.
